液驱双转盘窄体履带钻机的研制与应用

    Development and Application of Narrow-body Crawler Drilling Rig with Double Rotating Disk of Hydraulic Drive

    • 摘要: 履带钻机因其具有井下机动性强、施工效率高等特点,满足煤矿井下安全、高效生产的需求,但受到外型尺寸的制约在一些小断面巷道难以应用,这些中小型矿井依然沿用分体式爬履钻机,为解决狭窄巷道的这一钻孔施工难题,研制了双液驱转盘窄体履带钻机。该钻机整机宽度窄、井下适应性强;双液驱转盘调角装置使钻机具有跨带式输送机、多层孔施工、巷道全断面施工、底抽巷穿层钻孔施工的能力。张集矿1313(1)运输底抽巷进行工业性试验表明,该钻机性能可靠、工艺适应性强、具有良好的推广应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Crawler rig meets the coal mine safety and efficient production needs due to its underground maneuverability, higher construction efficiency. However, it is difficult to apply crawler drilling machine in some small cross-section roadways due to the restriction of external size. These small and medium-sized mines still use split crawler drilling machine. To solve the difficult problem of drilling narrow roadway, a two-fluid drive rotary table narrow-body crawler drill was developed. The drilling rig is narrow in width and strong in underground adaptability. The dual hydraulic drive rotary table angle adjusting device enables the drilling rig to have the capability of crossing the belt, multi-layer hole construction, the whole section construction of the roadway, and the construction of bottom crossing roadway. The industrial test of 1313 (1) transport bottom lane of Zhangji Mine shows that the drilling rig has reliable performance, strong process adaptability and good prospects for popularization and application.
