Abstract:
Crawler rig meets the coal mine safety and efficient production needs due to its underground maneuverability, higher construction efficiency. However, it is difficult to apply crawler drilling machine in some small cross-section roadways due to the restriction of external size. These small and medium-sized mines still use split crawler drilling machine. To solve the difficult problem of drilling narrow roadway, a two-fluid drive rotary table narrow-body crawler drill was developed. The drilling rig is narrow in width and strong in underground adaptability. The dual hydraulic drive rotary table angle adjusting device enables the drilling rig to have the capability of crossing the belt, multi-layer hole construction, the whole section construction of the roadway, and the construction of bottom crossing roadway. The industrial test of 1313 (1) transport bottom lane of Zhangji Mine shows that the drilling rig has reliable performance, strong process adaptability and good prospects for popularization and application.
