防爆式水冷三元催化器的设计及应用

    Design and Application of Explosion-proof and Water-cooled Three-way Catalytic Converter

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下车辆尾气排放高的问题,通过分析道路用三元催化器的工作原理及结构构成,选型加拿大DCL型三元催化器,根据我国煤炭行业MT 990—2006《矿用防爆柴油机通用技术条件》的要求,对三元催化器进行了防爆式水冷设计改造;然后采用了2种布置方案,并进行性能试验和整车现场试验。试验结果表明:防爆改造后的三元催化器的表面温度低于150 ℃,符合MT 990—2006的要求;加装防爆式三元催化器后的防爆车辆的CO和HC排放明显降低。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the high exhaust gas emission of underground vehicles in coal mines, through the analysis of the working principle and structure of road three-way catalyst, the Canadian DCL type three-way catalyst was selected, and then according to the requirements of China’s coal industry MT 990 - 2006 Mine Explosion-proof Diesel Engine General Technical Conditions, the three-way catalyst was designed and modified by explosion-proof water cooling, and then two kinds of layout methods were adopted finally, the whole vehicle was tested on the wc55y (b) bracket truck. The results show that: the surface temperature of the three-way catalyst after explosion-proof modification is lower than 150 ℃, which meets the requirements of MT 990 - 2006; the CO and HC emissions of explosion-proof vehicles after the application of water-cooled explosion-proof three-way catalyst are obviously reduced.
