    Low Power Consumption Trajectory Measuring Instrument While Drilling in Mine

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于磁感传感器和MEMS加速度传感器的矿用随钻轨迹测量仪,重点论述了轨迹仪测量单元的设计,给出了利用磁传感器和加速度传感器测量地球磁场和重力场的测量方案。对仪器低功耗模式进行了研究,论述了采用实时时钟芯片对单片机校时的设计方案。通过精度检测试验和应用实例,证明了随钻轨迹测量仪具有精度高、功耗低、体积小的特点,完全满足实际钻探工艺中对钻孔轨迹测量的要求。

       

      Abstract: A trajectory measuring instrument for mine while drilling based on magnetic sensor and MEMS acceleration sensor is designed, the design of measuring unit of trajectory measuring instrument is mainly discussed. The measuring scheme of measuring earth magnetic field and gravity field by using magnetic sensor and acceleration sensor is given. The low power consumption mode of the instrument is studied, and the design scheme of time calibration by using real-time clock chip is discussed. Through precision test and application examples, it is proved that the trajectory measuring instrument has the characteristics of high precision, low power consumption and small size and can fully meet the requirements of drilling trajectory measurement in actual drilling technology.
