Abstract: This paper designs a kind of isolation device which can remotely control the quick sealing of coal mine fire area, introduces the whole design idea of the fast closed door, and explains in detail the key technologies such as the design of the door body strength, the structure of the door body, the locking mechanism, the self-rescue escape mechanism and so on. Compared with the traditional brick closure, the isolation device for the rapid sealing of coal mine fire area has the advantages of fast, high efficiency, reliability and safety, which can guarantee the life safety of rescue workers on the mine site. The safety and efficiency of mine disaster prevention and reduction are realized.
