沿空留巷耦合承载围岩动态迭加支护技术
Dynamic Superposition Support for Coupling Bearing Surrounding Rock of Gob-side Entry Retaining

摘要: 结合沿空留巷充填体和围岩承载结构特点,针对留巷大变形问题,提出多区域强化的“强帮控顶阻底”动态迭加耦合支护技术,通过构建沿空留巷耦合承载系数模型和数值计算模型,分析了不同加固支护技术条件下围岩耦合承载规律,反演耦合控制作用,研究结果已成功应用于工程实践。数值模拟和工程实践表明:留巷耦合承载系数越小,围岩变形量越大、越不稳定;反之,围岩变形越小、越稳定、承载性能越强。通过对充填体、实煤体、充填区域顶板和底板分区域加固,减小了围岩变形,提高了充填体和围岩的耦合承载效果,围岩控制效果较好。Abstract: Combined with the bearing structure characteristics of the backfill body and surrounding rock, the multi-region enhanced dynamic superposition coupling support technology is proposed for the large deformation problem of gob-side entry retaining. The coupling bearing coefficient model and numerical calculation model are used to analyze coupling bearing law of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining under different supporting technical conditions, and the coupling control effect is inverted. The research results have been successfully applied in engineering practice. Numerical simulation and engineering practice show that the smaller coupling coefficient, the larger and more unstable the deformation of the surrounding rock; on the contrary, the larger coupling coefficient, the smaller deformation and the stronger bearing performance of surrounding rock. Reinforcement of the backfill body, solid coal body, filling area roof and floor, reducing the deformation of surrounding rock and improving the coupling bearing effect of backfill body and surrounding rock, the surrounding rock control effect is better under the coupled bearing control scheme.
