综放工作面拆除期间自然发火防治技术

    Research on Prevention and Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion During Demolition of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 针对常村矿21220综放工作面停采拆除期间,采空区遗煤多,漏风大等容易引起采空区自然发火的问题,采取封堵上下隅角和三角煤柱、架顶架后注浆增加煤体含水率、架后多点注胶惰化、开设防火钻场、改变通风方式及加快拆除速度等一系列防灭火技术,确保了21220综放工作面拆除期间没有发生气体异常情况,使21220综放工作面可以安全回撤。

       

      Abstract: In view of the stop-and-removal of 21220 fully mechanized caving face in Changcun Mine, there are many residual coal in the goaf, and the air leakage is likely to cause spontaneous fire in the goaf. A series of fire-fighting technologies, such as blocking the upper and lower corners and triangular coal pillars, grouting from the top and behind the hydraulic support to increase the moisture content of the coal, injecting more glue after the hydraulic support, building several fire drill fields, changing the ventilation mode and speeding up the removal speed. It ensures that no gas anomalies occur during the dismantling of 21220 fully mechanized caving face, so that the 21220 fully mechanized caving face can be safely withdrawn.
