近距离煤层赋存状态对同采工作面错距的影响

    Influence of Close Distance Coal Seam Occurrence on Staggered Distance of Simultaneous Mining Face

    • 摘要: 为了解决山西某矿在单一工作面错距下进行近距离煤层同采时发生的安全问题,在理论分析的基础上,通过FLAC3D数值软件开展了煤层赋存状态对同采工作面错距影响的正交试验研究。研究结果表明:同采煤层的赋存状态对工作面错距有很大影响,其中上层煤厚度的影响最为显著。当煤层赋存不稳定时,同采过程中错距不能保持不变。提出了依据煤层赋存状态对同采工作面错距进行动态调整的方法,在该矿实现了良好的开采和支护效果。

       

      Abstract: To solve the safety problem of a mine in Shanxi Province when the coal seam is mined at short distance under the staggered distance of a single working face, we applied the orthogonal analysis to study the influence of seam occurrence parameters on staggered distance of the simultaneous mining faces by means of FLAC3D numerical simulation. Results show that the occurrence state of simultaneous mining seam has a large effect on the staggered distance, especially the thickness of upper seam. When seam occurrence is unstable, the staggered distance cannot remain unchanged when coal seams are mined simultaneously. Based on the research results, the dynamic adjustment method of staggered distance based on coal seam occurrence state is proposed, which achieves good mining and supporting effect and has major implications on mining under the similar condition.
