Abstract:
Improving the foaming, wetting and stabilizing properties of foam dust remover is the main direction of improving the foam dust remover technology. In this paper, the comparative test method was used to compare the foaming capacity of the traditional foam dust reducer with the improved new foam dust reducer, and to test the foam stabilizing and wetting ability of the new foam agent. The optimal compounding scheme was determined by multiple orthogonal compounding tests. Eight kinds of common surfactants are selected. The foaming performance and foam stability were studied using the Magnetic stirring method and the improved Ross-Miles method, and the wettability was measured by the sedimentation method. Finally, an optimal compounding solution with high foaming rate, good wettability, and long stabilization time was obtained, and the foaming rate reached 17.67 times.
