无烟煤对CO2和CH4的吸附解吸特性研究

    Adsorption and Desorption Characteristics of CO2 and CH4 for Anthracite

    • 摘要: 为研究2种变质程度不同的无烟煤样对不同吸附质的吸附解吸情况,选取白芨沟煤矿和阳煤五矿2种变质程度不同的无烟煤样对二氧化碳和甲烷气体进行吸附解吸实验,采用恒容和恒压2种实验方法,测试了在不同压力点下,2种煤样吸附二氧化碳和甲烷的吸附量,以及在连续阶梯压力点下吸附解吸的特征,分别与Langmuir模型和本课题组提出的“Q-t1/2”式进行拟合,Q为吸附量,t为解吸时间。实验结果表明:进行恒压吸附时,2种煤样对二氧化碳的吸附量总是大于对甲烷的吸附量;进行阶梯压力实验时,2种煤样对二氧化碳和甲烷的吸附规律与Langmuir模型的拟合效果很好,解吸规律与“Q-t1/2”模型的拟合情况很好;二氧化碳吸附速率大于甲烷吸附速率。

       

      Abstract: To study the adsorption and desorption of different adsorbents in two kinds of anthracite samples with different metamorphic degrees, the experiments of adsorption and desorption of carbon dioxide and methane gas using two kinds of anthracite coal samples with different preparation degrees in Baijigou Coal Mine and Yangmei Mine were conducted. Using constant volume and constant pressure test methods, the adsorption capacities of carbon dioxide and methane on two kinds of coal samples under different pressure points and the characteristics of adsorption and desorption at successive step pressure points were tested. The experimental results are fitted to the Langmuir model and the “Q-t1/2” model proposed by this group separately. The experimental results show that the adsorption of carbon dioxide by two kinds of coal samples is always greater than the adsorption of methane for constant pressure adsorption, and the adsorption laws of carbon dioxide and methane for two kinds of coal samples are well matched with the Langmuir model, and the analytical laws are also well matched with the“Q-t1/2”model; the adsorption rate of carbon dioxide is greater than that of methane.
