Abstract:
The habitual peccancy of miners is a major potential risk for the coal mine safety. To explore the influence of miners’ self-control ability on their habitual violations, the self-efficacy was introduced as an intervening variable, and 300 employees were randomly selected from the enterprise of Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Lu’an Group as the research objects. By means of questionnaire survey in combination with structural equation model, the action mechanism of self-control on miners’ habitual violations was analyzed from three dimensions: self-control level, emotion and degree of satisfaction. The results showed that the level of self-control, emotion and degree of satisfaction of miners have significant negative correlation with their habitual violations, but have significant positive correlation with self-efficacy; self-efficacy has a notable negative impact on miners’ habitual violations; self-efficacy is an intervening variable between self-control and habitual violations.
