我国煤矿机电事故现状及应对措施

    Present Situation and Countermeasures of Electromechanical Accidents in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿机电设备的优质高效运行是煤炭安全开采的重要前提。分析了我国煤矿机电安全事故的特点、现状、原因与应对措施。我国煤矿机电事故具有重复性、复杂性、随机性及诱发性;机电事故发生次数逐年减低,但在煤矿事故总数占比却逐年升高。从人员、设备及制度等方面分析了诱发煤矿机电事故的原因,并从资金投入、人员培训管理、制度建设等方面提出了应对措施。

       

      Abstract: High quality and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines is an important prerequisite for safe coal mining. The characteristics, present situation, causes and countermeasures of mechanical and electrical safety accidents in coal mines in China are analyzed. The mechanical and electrical accidents in China coal mines have repeatability, complexity, randomness and induction; the number of mechanical and electrical accidents has decreased year by year, but the proportion of the total number of coal mine accidents has increased year by year. This paper analyzes the causes of mechanical and electrical accidents in coal mines from the perspectives of personnel, equipment and system, and proposes corresponding measures from the aspects of capital investment, personnel training management and system construction, which provides a reference for preventing and dealing with mechanical and electrical accidents in coal mines.
