基于中心点法的井下巷道锚杆支护可靠性分析
Reliability Analysis of Underground Roadway Bolt Support Based on Central Point Method

摘要: 为研究井下巷道锚杆支护设计的可靠性,根据锚杆悬吊理论和可靠性理论中的中心点法,建立了锚杆支护结构功能函数方程。针对具体工程实例,对设计方法的可靠性和设计参数的敏感性进行了分析。研究发现,可靠度指标β与锚杆间排距a、岩层密度ρ、松散层厚度H呈负相关关系,与锚杆直径d、锚杆抗拉强度σt为正相关关系。锚杆直径d、锚杆间排距a这2个参数值对支护结构的可靠性影响最大。在实际设计中,应充分考虑实际的施工队伍水平对设计锚杆间排距a的影响,同时要注意实际环境中锚杆直径d受各种因素(如锈蚀)引起的减小问题,建议采取冗余设计,确保方案的可靠性。Abstract: In order to study the reliability of the bolt support design of underground roadway, the function equation of bolt support structure was established according to the central point method in bolt suspension theory and reliability theory. The reliability of the design method and the sensitivity of design parameters are analyzed. The results show that the reliability index β had a negative correlation with bolt interval a, rock density ρ and the thickness of loss layer H. There was a positive relationship between the index β and the bolt diameter d and the tensile strength of bolt σt. The two parameters of bolt diameter d and bolt interval a had the greatest significant influence on the reliability of the supporting structure. In the actual design, full consideration should be given to the influence of the actual construction team level on the row distance a between designed bolts, and attention should be paid to the reduction of bolt diameter d caused by various factors (such as corrosion) in the actual environment. Redundant design was recommended to ensure the reliability of the scheme.
