深厚钙质黏土层冻结井壁设计研究与应用

    Study and Application of Deep Calcareous Clay Layer Frozen Shaft Wall Design

    • 摘要: 通过对淮南地区顾桥矿东进风井的深厚钙质黏土地层及相关水文地质等情况特点进行分析,另结合冻土试验力学性能变化规律,给出了该井壁结构设计的冻结压力取值与深度的关系及混凝土强度提高系数的应用关系;合理地优化了常规条件下井壁结构设计且提出了高强高性能混凝土技术控制要求,并应用到实际当中,其设计支护效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Through the analyzing the characteristics of deep calcareous clay strata and related hydrogeology in Dongjin air shaft of Guqiao Mine in Huainan area, combining with the change law of mechanical properties of frozen soil test, the paper gave the relationship between the value of the freezing pressure and the depth and the application of the coefficient of concrete strength improvement; the paper reasonably optimized the design of shaft wall structure under conventional conditions and proposed the technical control requirements of high strength and high performance concrete. Through the application in practice, its design support effect is remarkable.
