钢管混凝土结构永久防突风门的研究与应用

    Research and Application of Permanent Outburstproof Door for Encased Structures

    • 摘要: 为了提高永久防突风门的强度和使用年限,降低风门的翻修率,避免因防突风门破坏而造成煤与瓦斯突出事故灾害破坏范围的扩大,对矿井传统防突风门的使用情况进行分析,找出存在的问题。根据钢管混凝土结构原理及不同材质结构件的抗压能力实验对比结果,得出采用钢管混凝土结构永久防突风门构筑技术的优点,提出了采用锚喷技术形成“承压环”、安设钢管混凝土结构件骨架、利用“顶升灌注法”对构筑件进行预注浆,最后制作模板浇灌混凝土的技术要点。现场应用结果表明:采用钢管混凝土结构构筑的风门控制围岩变形量,提高风门墙体的强度,降低了构筑成本,延长了使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the intensity and service life of the permanent outburstproof door, reduce the revision rate of the outburstproof door, and avoid the expansion of the damage scope of coal and gas outburst accidents caused by the damage of the outburstproof door, the paper analyzes the use of the traditional outburstproof door in the mine and finds out the existing problems. According to the principle of concrete-filled steel tube structure and the experimental comparison results of the compressive strength of structural parts of different materials, the advantages of using concrete-filled steel tube structure to construct permanent outburstproof door are obtained. The technical key points of forming “pressure ring” by anchoring and spraying technology, installing the skeleton of concrete-filled steel tube structural parts, pre-grouting construction parts by using “jacking perfusion method” and finally making the formwork for pouring concrete are proposed. The field application results show that the concrete filled steel tube (CFST) gate can control the deformation of surrounding rock, improve the strength of the wall, reduce the construction cost and prolong the service life.
