泡沫压裂在延川南气田深煤层气井增产中的应用

    Application of Foam Fracturing in Stimulation of Deep Coalbed Methane Wells of Southern Yanchuan

    • 摘要: 为提升深煤层气井压裂改造效果,提高单井产量,对目前现场应用的几种压裂液体系进行了适应性对比分析,提出泡沫压裂体系低滤失、高黏度、低伤害、易返排等特征在深煤层气井压裂中具有较好的适应性,在此基础上开展了2口井氮气泡沫压裂现场应用试验,取得较好效果:氮气泡沫压裂施工压力平稳,砂比提高,加砂连续,平均单井日产气量增幅超过1 000 m3/d。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the fracturing effect and increase the productivity, the adaptability of the fracturing fluid systems applied in field was comparatively analyzed. The foam fracture system was selected in consideration of the characteristics of low filtering loss, strong sand carrying capacity, low damage and auxiliary flowback which is suitable for the fracturing of high stress deep coal seam. On this basis, nitrogen foam fracturing field application test were carried out in two wells. The results showed that construction pressure of nitrogen foam fracturing is stable, sand ratio is increased, sand adding is continuous, and the average increase of single well gas production had exceeded 1 000 m3/d.
