车载钻机给进托板失效分析及优化设计

摘要: 为有效解决车载钻机给进托板变形及导轨啃噬破坏的难题,从其工作原理和受力特性出发,采用Abaqus软件对60 t车载钻机给进托板进行有限元分析,从理论上分析其失效原因,并据此对托板结构及选材进行优化设计。将斜撑油缸支座向两侧平移,采用网格形筋板加强托板底板刚度,选用Tri-Braze高强度耐磨钢作为托板导轨材料,并通过润滑油加注孔及锯齿形储油槽对导轨接触平面进行充分润滑。优化后的给进托板结构用于100 t车载钻机,通过现场试验进行了验证,达到了预期效果。Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problems of deformation of the feeding supporting plate and gnawing damage of the guide rail for truck-mounted drilling rig, based on its working principle and mechanical characteristics, Abaqus software was used to carry out finite element analysis on the feed pallet of 60 t truck-mounted drilling rig, its failure reasons are theoretically analyzed, and the structure and material selection of the supporting plate are optimized accordingly. The support of the inclined support oil cylinder was shifted to both sides, the bottom plate rigidity of the support plate was strengthened by grid-shaped steel bars, Tri-Braze high-strength and wear-resisting steel was selected as the guide rail material of the support plate, and the contact plane of the guide rail was fully lubricated by lubricating oil injection holes and sawtooth oil storage tanks. The optimized feeding support plate structure is applied to the 100 t vehicle-mounted drilling rig, which has been verified by field test and achieved the expected effect.
