基于热成像与ZigBee的带式输送机危险区监测系统

    Monitoring System for Dangerous Zone of Belt Conveyer Based on Thermal Imaging and ZigBee

    • 摘要: 设计了基于热成像与ZigBee的带式输送机危险区监测系统。在主处理器CC2530的基础上,设计热红外信号监测电路、继电器控制电路、串口通信电路等;在ZigBee网络与以太网的基础上,设计监测终端系统软件;监测终端监测到人体热信号后,在生成人体热力图像的同时,监测终端的警灯与警笛会发出预警信号,监测终端同时通过继电器电路关闭带式输送机系统;通过网关节点将预警信号和人体热力图像转发到远程监测端。

       

      Abstract: The dangerous zone monitoring system based on thermal imaging and ZigBee is designed and realized. On the basis of the main processor CC2530, the thermal infrared signal monitoring circuit, relay control circuit and serial communication circuit are designed. Based on ZigBee network and internet, the monitoring terminal system software has been designed. After monitoring the human body’s thermal signals, the monitoring terminal generates warning signals. In addition, the monitoring terminal closes the belt machine system through relay circuit. The warning signals and human thermal images are transmited to remote monitoring terminal through gateway nodes.
