复杂本质安全电路容性放电引燃特性研究

    Study on Ignition Characteristics of Capacitive Discharge in Complex Intrinsically Safe Circuits

    • 摘要: 通过分析复杂本质安全电路放电的原理和过程,得到了混合本质安全电路的一般形式,数学分析得到了谐振电路容性放电条件下的放电电压、放电电流和放电功率的计算模型;分析了影响放电电流和放电功率的电路参数因素。结果表明火花能量主要来自储能元件,电源电压对放电电流、放电电压的影响可以忽略;随着电容容量的增加,放电电流的上升速度和最大值都迅速增大,火花放电功率也呈现增加的趋势;随着电感感抗的增加,放电电流的上升趋势放缓,放电电流的最大值也随之减小,其放电功率也呈下降的趋势。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the principle and process of discharge in complex intrinsically safe circuit, gets the general form of mixed intrinsically safe circuit, obtains the calculation model of discharge voltage, discharge current and discharge power under capacitive discharge condition of resonant circuit by mathematical analysis, and analyzes the influence of circuit parameters of discharge current and discharge power factor. The results show that the discharge energy mainly comes from the spark circuit of the energy storage element, the effect of supply voltage on the discharge current, discharge voltage and discharge power can be ignored; with the increase of the capacity of the capacitor, the discharge current rise rate and the maximum value increase rapidly, the discharge power increases too; with the increase of inductance, the rising trend of discharge current slows down, the maximum value of discharge current decreases, and the discharge power decreases.
