Development of Micro-gas Controller for Inlet End of GC4000 Gas Chromatograph

摘要: 研制了GC4000气相色谱仪进气端微量气体控制器。该装置在进气端加装了电磁阀,通过微处理器及控制器对流量及压力自动检测,可以实现定量控制进气量,通过控制进气的压力和流量的大小也就可以很方便快速地分析出气体的浓度,使GC4000使用起来更加精确和方便。手动进气和气相色谱仪进气端微量气体控制器进气进行对比试验结果表明,该装置具备良好的进气稳定性和精确度。Abstract: A micro-gas controller for GC4000 gas chromatograph was developed. The device is equipped with an electromagnetic valve at the inlet end. Through the automatic detection of flow and pressure by the microprocessor and controller, it can achieve quantitative control of air inlet. By controlling the pressure and flow of air inlet, the concentration of gas can be easily and quickly analyzed, which makes GC4000 more accurate and convenient to use. The results of the comparison test between the manual inlet and the micro-gas controller at the inlet end of the gas chromatograph show that the device has good intake stability and accuracy.
