摘要: 结合淮南矿区某矿11413综采工作面收作及设备拆除施工,工作面在优化收作条件准备的基础上,采用锚网支护工艺和煤机二次排底方式可快速形成拆架通道,配合采用无坑木拆架技术,可以极大地提升支架拆除效率,缩短工作面封闭收作时间,降低了采空区发火隐患,并在提升安全管理的同时节省了材料费用。Abstract: Combining with the equipment removing and finish work of 11413 fully mechanized mining face in a mine in Huainan Mining Area, adopting anchor net support technology and the secondary bottom discharge method of coal mining machine can quickly form the support-removing channel based on optimizing the condition preparation of finish work. The adoption of support-removing without pitwood can greatly improve the removal efficiency of the support, shorten the closing time of the working face, reduce the goaf ignition hidden danger, and save the material cost while improving the safety.
