煤矸石泡沫混凝土性能研究

    Study on Properties of Coal Gangue Foam Concrete

    • 摘要: 煤矸石泡沫混凝土是将煤矸石作为1种掺加物,混合到泡沫混凝土中,再加入其他的添加剂以满足工程的强度要求或其他特殊要求。通过试验研究确定发泡剂的最佳使用浓度,将煤矸石破碎筛选分级,通过水灰比对泡沫混凝土的坍塌度和力学特性影响的试验,得出在水灰比为0.2时,试配的泡沫混凝土具有良好流动性,其坍落度为13.8 cm,平均抗压强度为4.13 MPa;通过研究煤矸石掺量对泡沫混凝土的坍塌度和力学特性影响,得出煤矸石掺量的增加使得泡沫混凝土浆体的坍落度逐渐减小,浆体塑性增强,混凝土抗压强度在煤矸石掺量为60%左右时达到最大,之后随着煤矸石掺量的增加强度开始逐渐变小。

       

      Abstract: Gangue foam concrete is used to mix coal gangue into foam concrete and add other additives to meet the strength requirements or other special requirements of the project. The best use concentration of foaming agent is determined through experimental study. The experiment of crushing and screening gangue and the influence of water cement ratio on the collapsing degree and mechanical properties of foam concrete are carried out. It is concluded that the tested foam concrete has good fluidity under the water cement ratio of 0.2, and its slump is 13.8 cm, and the average compressive strength is 4.13 MPa by studying the influence of coal gangue content on the collapsing degree and mechanical properties of foam concrete, it is concluded that the increase of gangue content makes the slump of foam concrete slurry gradually decrease, and the plasticity of slurry increases. The compressive strength of concrete reaches the maximum when the amount of coal gangue is about 60%, and then increases with the increase of gangue content.
