微波辐射下复合型抑尘剂的制备及性能研究

    Study on Preparation and Properties of Compound Dust Suppressant Under Microwave Irradiation

    • 摘要: 以微波聚合法结合传统的溶液聚合法,选用4种对抑尘剂性能影响较大的因素:成膜剂、润湿剂和交联剂三者的加入量及反应温度进行四因素三水平正交实验,以失水率、吸湿率和pH值为表征对象,并对实验结果作直观分析和方差分析,最终确定了抑尘剂的最佳组分,同时,进行了物理性能检测、综合热分析实验、抗风噬性、保湿性等性能验证实验。结果表明,样品的氧化分解温度为217 ℃,有效抑尘时间达3 d,风速为15 m/s时,煤尘表面的风蚀率仅为4.93%。

       

      Abstract: Combined microwave polymerization with traditional solution polymerization, we choose four factors, such as the addition amount of film-former, wetting agent, crosslinking agent, and reaction temperature, which have a greater influence on the performance of dust suppressant, to carry on the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment, take the filtration rate, moisture absorption rate and pH value as the characterization objects, simultaneously do the intuitive analysis and variance analysis of the results, ultimately determine the optimum composition of it, at the same time, process the performance verification experiment, including the physical properties detection, integrated thermal analysis, wind resistance, moisture reservation. Results show that the oxidation decomposition temperature of sample is 217 ℃, the effective dust suppression time could catch up to 3 d, under the condition of wind speed of 15 m/s, the wind erosion rate on the surface of the coal dust is only 4.93%.
