突出薄煤层顺层瓦斯预抽钻孔合理布置研究

Study on Reasonable Arrangement of Gas Pre-drainage Borehole Along Seam in Outburst Thin Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 针对松藻煤矿突出薄煤层工作面顺层瓦斯预抽钻孔布置参数与抽采达标时间关系不清,难以适应矿井采掘接替要求、浪费钻孔工程量的问题,分析了不同钻孔布置参数对抽采达标时间的影响规律,制定了抽采达标时间现场考察方案,并在2215-2工作面进行了现场考察试验。试验结果表明:缩小钻孔间距可有效缩短抽采达标时间,钻孔直径为φ65 mm、钻孔间距由5 m缩小至3 m,吨煤钻孔量增加7 0%,抽采达标时间由71 d缩短至32 d;同步增大钻孔直径和钻孔间距将增加抽采达标时间,钻孔直径由φ65 mm增大至φ87 mm、钻孔间距由5 m增大至8 m,吨煤钻孔量减少40%,抽采达标时间由71 d增加至93 d。
    Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the relationship between the layout parameters of gas pre-drainage borehole along seam in the face of outburst thin coal seam in Songzao Coal Mine and the time of drainage standard is not clear, it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of mining alternative in the mine and the amount of borehole engineering is waste, this paper analyzes the influence of different drilling layout parameters on the time of drainage standard, and formulates the field investigation scheme of the time of drainage standard, and carries out the field investigation test at 2215-2 working face. The test results show that reducing the distance between drilling holes can effectively shorten the time of drainage standard, the diameter of drilling holes is 65 mm, the distance between drilling holes is reduced from 5 m to 3 m, the amount of drilling holes in tons of coal is increased by 70%, and the time of drainage standard is shortened from 71 days to 32 days and simultaneously increasing the diameter of drilling holes and the distance between drilling holes will increase the time of drainage standard, the diameter of drilling holes is increased fromφ65 mm to φ87 mm, the distance between drilling holes is increased from 5 m to 8 m, and the amount of drilling holes in tons of coal is reduced by 40%, and the time of drainage standard is increased from 71 days to 93 days.
