Abstract: Based on the analysis of current unsafe behaviors of coal mine workers and their influencing factors, we comprehensively considered and constructed the staff unsafe behavior control countermeasures from individual, group, organizational management, physical environment and leadership, and established behavior control countermeasures based on SQL serve; a behavior control and early warning system guided by behavior observation, risk prediction training and other management methods of behavior safety management method is developed, which has the functions of controlling and early warning unsafe behaviors of employees. The system provides a reference for the control strategy of coal mine enterprises, so as to enhance the safety consciousness of employees and effectively control the unsafe behaviors of employees.
