基于AHP-fuzzy的煤矿管理人员素质测评体系实证研究

    • 摘要: 为了探究煤矿管理人员素质的影响因素,以近几年重大煤矿安全事故为案例,对煤矿管理人员素质进行分析探讨,首先构建出煤矿管理人员素质测评模型,然后用AHP模糊综合评价法进行综合评价。以陕西榆林Z煤矿为例,根据素质测评模型及其实际情况,利用AHP软件计算出各指标权重,并利用模糊综合评价法计算出综合权重。结果发现煤矿管理人员的管理素质处于重要水平,基本素质、职业素质和知识素质处于一般水平;影响煤矿管理人员素质的二级指标中,心理承受能力、责任心、组织管理能力和管理知识4个因素在对煤矿管理人员评价时占据很大的比重。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the influencing factors of the quality of coal mine management personnel, the quality of coal mine management personnel is analyzed and discussed in the case of major coal mine safety accidents in recent years. Firstly, the quality evaluation model of coal mine management personnel is constructed, and then the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Taking the Yulin Z coal mine in Shaanxi Province as an example, according to the quality evaluation model and its actual situation, the weights of each index are calculated by AHP software, and the comprehensive weight is calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It is found that the management quality of coal mine management personnel is at an important level, and the basic quality, professional quality and knowledge quality are at a general level. Among the secondary indicators that affect the quality of coal mine management personnel, the four factors of psychological endurance, responsibility, organizational management and management knowledge occupy a large proportion in the evaluation of coal mine management personnel.
