Abstract:
In order to explore the influencing factors and their interaction relationship of coal miner’ violation behaviors, an index system of influencing factors of violation behaviors was established. By using interpretive structural model(ISM) and matrix impacts cross-reference multiplication applied to a classification(MICMAC), the logical relationship among the influencing factors was deeply dissected, the hierarchical structure model and the quadrant classification diagram of the driving force - dependence degree were constructed as well. The results show that the influencing factors of coal miners’ violation behaviors can be divided into 4-level and 3-level of multi-level hierarchical structure. Safety knowledge and skills, safety awareness level, safety behavior habits, self-insurance and mutual insurance consciousness belong to the dependent cluster, which has strong dependence and is an important factor affecting illegal behavior. Safety production input, safety management system, mine leadership safety concept, manager safety awareness and enterprise safety atmosphere belong to independent cluster, which has strong driving force and is the critical factor affecting violation behaviors.
