Abstract:
Coal is left in goaf at 13164 working face due to stratified mining of coal seam, to solve residual coal spontaneous combustion problem in goaf, the concentration of oxygen and carbon monoxide in the direction of working face was determined by the beam tube method, the spontaneous combustion “three zones” width of 13164 goaf is analyzed from its concentration. It was determined that the dispersion zone of 13164 working surface was 0 to 45 m, the oxidation zone 45 to 73 m, and the asphyxiation zone is within 73 m, and the spontaneous combustion “three zones” forms were analyzed; according to the form of “three zones” of spontaneous combustion, several measures of nitrogen injection, reducing air leakage in goaf and spraying retardant agent are proposed to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf, and the fire prevention effect is remarkable.
