综掘工作面风流-雾滴运移规律CFD模拟分析

    CFD Simulation Analysis of Air Flow and Fog Droplet Movement Law in Fully Mechanized Excavation Face

    • 摘要: 基于FLUENT软件,根据崔庄煤矿3303工作面的现场情况建立煤矿综掘巷道模型,通过数值分析的方法对综掘工作面中的风流和雾滴的分布情况进行模拟,分析得出雾滴随风流的运移规律。模拟结果表明,综掘巷道空间内风流在风筒及综掘机附近风流较大,最高风速超过3.2 m/s;雾滴颗粒在巷道风流的作用下运动,并不断沉降,雾滴浓度从综掘机机头-出风口沿程上总体呈现出先减小后增大随后减小并趋于稳定的规律。

       

      Abstract: Based on FLUENT software, based on the site condition of 33 lower 03 working face of Cuizhuang Coal Mine, the coal mine comprehensive excavation roadway model is established. The distribution of air flow and fog droplets in fully mechanized excavation face is simulated by numerical analysis, and the migration laws of fog droplets with air flow is analyzed. The simulation results show that the air flow near the wind tube and the fully mechanized driving machine in the tunnel space is larger, and the maximum wind speed is over 3.2 m/s. The droplet particles move under the action of the roadway air flow and continue to settle. The concentration of fog droplets decreases first, then increases and then decreases and tends to be stable along the path from the head of fully mechanized driving machine to the air outlet.
