Abstract:
An Ethernet-based underground coal loading control system was designed. The ground-based industrial control computer is used as the mainframe and the safety pressure sensors in mine are used to collect weight information. The signals are input to the extension by each sensor. The signals of the weight of coal obtained from extension are displayed on the LCD screen. Touchable liquid crystal panel is used as the screen. Functions are added to the touchable panel, such as setting alarm value and indicating the switching signal of each group. The Ethernet is used in communication between underground extension and the ground control computer. Through the down-hole application of the system, it is indicated that the coal loading control system has reduced the difficulty of operation for workers and the system also meets the standard of the down-hole safe operation.
