煤矿巷道修复机工作机构的改进及应用

    Improvement and Application of Working Mechanism for Mine Roadway Repair Machine

    • 摘要: 为降低WPZ-55/50L型煤矿巷道修复机工作机构的工作高度,提高巷道适应性,对现有工作机构进行改进;并对新的动臂、斗杆进行受力分析;采用有限元软件进行强度校核,应力、应变均满足设计要求。应用实践表明,修复机工作机构改进合理、动作连贯,适应巷道高度低,满足煤矿巷道起底要求,为煤矿巷道底板治理提供了可靠的装备保障。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the work height of working mechanism of WPZ-55/50L coal mine roadway repair machine and improve the adaptability of the roadway, the existing working mechanism was improved. Force analysis is carried out for the new dynamic arm, bucket rod; the stress and strain of the new dynamic arm and bucket rod met the design requirements by mechanics analysis and simulation analysis of finite element software. The application practice shows that the working mechanism is improved reasonably and the action is consistent, which can adapt to the low height of the roadway, meet the requirements of the roadway bottom lifting in coal mine, and provide reliable equipment support for the roadway floor treatment in coal mine.
