矿用液压绞车卷筒疲劳寿命预测
Fatigue Life Prediction of Drum for Mine-used Hydraulic Winch

摘要: 为了研究矿用液压绞车卷筒结构的可靠性及其对井下运输的安全性的影响,对矿用液压绞车卷筒进行结构设计和静力学分析,并使用有限元分析法对其进行静强度校核,求解额定负载下卷筒的平均等效应力和形变位移分布。将计算结果与材料S-N疲劳寿命曲线结合,预测额定负载下卷筒的疲劳寿命和损伤分布,并研究非额定工况下负载大小对卷筒疲劳寿命的敏感性。预测结果表明,所设计的绞车卷筒结构满足静强度要求,其使用寿命预测值远大于设计寿命,预测寿命的载荷敏感性为液压绞车的设计和维护提供理论参考。Abstract: In order to study the reliability of the drum structure of hydraulic winch used in mine and its influence on the safety of underground transportation, the structural design and static mechanical analysis of the drum of hydraulic winch used in mine are carried out, and the static strength of the drum is checked by finite element analysis method, and the average equivalent stress and deformation displacement distribution of the drum under rated load are solved. Combining the calculated results with the S-N fatigue life curve of material, the fatigue life and damage distribution of the drum under rated load are predicted, and the sensitivity of the load size to the fatigue life of the drum under non-rated conditions is studied. The predicted results show that the designed winch drum structure meets the requirements of static strength, and the predicted service life is much higher than the designed life. The load sensitivity of the predicted life provides theoretical reference for the design and maintenance of hydraulic winch.
