Abstract:
A special drilling bit for casing drilling was introduced. The structure design of the drill, the shape of the crown, and the material selection of the steel body were mainly described. The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the drill bit. The analysis results show that the drill bit has a reliable structural design, reasonable material selection, which can meet the requirements of normal drilling, and can realize the implementation of integrated drilling technology for casing drilling in the crushing zone of the mining and stable area.
