Abstract: In view of the problems of complex data acquisition, low transmission efficiency, poor anti-interference ability and manual control, the author designs a gas mixing monitoring system based on S7-1200 series PLC, and designs the system structure, key equipment selection, sensor data acquisition and mixing PID controller, etc. It effectively safeguards the stable and efficient operation of the gas thermal storage oxidation unit and gas generating set.
