触变性水泥浆液材料配比实验及其特性

    Matching Experiment and Its Characteristics of Thixotropic Cement Paste Material

    • 摘要: 为了改善采空区常规注浆材料流动性难以控制、注浆材料浪费严重的缺点,受油气田钻井液触变特征的启发,在常规水泥注浆材料中加入触变剂,研制出一种新型的采空区注浆材料。触变性水泥浆可以在流速极低或静置条件下迅速失去流动性,从而在大空洞采空区中迅速堆积、固化,起到加固效果。对浆液进行了触变性、抗压强度等基本性能的测试,用静剪切力法表示触变性大小。实验表明浆液具有较强的触变性,配比合理。其结石体3 d抗压强度达到1 MPa,7 d抗压强度达到3 MPa,满足采空区堆积的强度要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the defects that grouting materials are difficult to control and resources are wasted seriously in goaf, it is inspired by the contact characteristics of drilling fluid in oil and gas fields, thixotropic agents were added to the conventional cement grouting materials, and a new type of goaf grouting material was developed. Thixotropic cement slurry can lose its fluidity rapidly under extremely low velocity or static conditions, and thus rapidly accumulate and solidify in the large cavity in the goaf to strengthen the goaf. The basic properties of the slurry, such as thixotropy and compressive strength, were tested. The thixotropy was expressed by the static shear force method. The experiment shows that the slurry has strong thixotropy and the ratio is reasonable. The compressive strength of the stone body reached 1 MPa at 3 days, and the compressive strength reached 3 MPa at 7 days. It can meet the strength requirements of goaf accumulation.
