Abstract:
To study the positive spillover of coal mine safety culture to miner’s life, the six measurement dimensions of coal mine safety culture and two measurement dimensions of positive spillover are proposed, and the model of positive spillover of coal mine safety culture is constructed by combining the social impact theory, and the structural equation model is used to verify it. The results show that: safety training and education has the greatest path coefficient to value spillover, and its total effect on behavior spillover is the strongest, the overflow of miners’ values will have a significant positive effect on the overflow of their behaviors.
