Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of poor permeability and pre-pumping effect in mining-coal bed, based on the theory of elastoplastic, the distribution of stress and plastic zone around the borehole and its influencing factors are analyzed, through the cross arrangement of drilling and increasing the number of two crossing points, it can increase the volume of the plastic zone around the borehole network, increase the effective length of the extraction borehole, increase the permeability of pre-extraction coal seam, and improve the efficiency of gas extraction. Three kinds of pre-extraction schemes and extraction effects of mining-coal bed are arranged in different regions at 3207 test working face of Wangpo Coal Mine. Among the three pre-extraction drilling arrangements, three-dimensional cross-drilling has the highest extraction efficiency and the smallest attenuation coefficient, which is the optimal arrangement of pre-extraction drilling in mining-coal bed. In the subsequent promotion and application, the tension between on-site extraction, excavation and mining can be effectively solved.
