四柱放顶煤液压支架结构特点及适应性能

    Structural Charaeteristics and Adaptability of Four-leg Caving Top Coal Hydraulic Supports

    • 摘要: 根据支架与围岩相互作用时位态变化特征,以ZF10000/23/35型四柱放顶煤液压支架为例,将支架检验极限状态和井下实际极限状态进行对比,分析四柱放顶煤支架使用中出现非常态工况的原因,研究改进支架状态失衡的有效措施。

       

      Abstract: According to state change characteristics of the interaction between the supports and surrounding rock, taking ZF10000/23/35 four-leg caving top coal hydraulic support as an example, by comparing the limit state of the support test with the actual limit state in the well, the reasons of abnormal working conditions in the use of four-leg caving top coal support are analyzed, and the effective measures to improve the imbalance of the support state are studied.
