缓闭阀门在斜井应急排水防水锤中的应用

    Application of Slow-closing Valves in Emergency Drainage Waterproof Hammer of Inclined Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决矿山斜井应急排水作业时由突然停泵引起的水锤瞬间高压对TPU软管造成爆裂的问题,通过对不同类型管路排除斜井残水作业模式的对比,提出了在软管入口与水泵出口之间安装缓闭阀门的技术措施。基于对多功能水泵控制阀和管力阀缓闭阀门技术特性的研究,形成了DN200、DN150的排水软管应优先选配对应规格的管力阀,及DN100的排水软管与同通径的多功能水泵控制阀组合使用的差异化匹配方案,并试验验证了管力阀能够适用于垂直以外的安装条件。试验表明:同一开度时,阀门水平安装型式流量最大,倾斜状态次之,垂直安装时数值最小;以垂直安装时的流量为基准,DN200管力阀在水平安装时不同开度所对应流量的偏差率为2.95%~4.22%,安装型式对缓闭过程中的流量性能的影响较小。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the TPU hose bursts due to the instantaneous high pressure of water hammer caused by the sudden stop of pump in the mine inclined shaft emergency drainage operation, through the comparison of operating mode using different types of pipelines to eliminate residual water of inclined mine, the technical measure of installing a slow-closing valve between the flexible pipeline inlet and the pump outlet is proposed. Based on the research of technical characteristics of multi-functional water pump control valve and slow closing valve of pipe force valve, the differential matching scheme is formed that the drainage pipelines of DN200 and DN150 should be matched with tube force valves of the corresponding specifications preferentially, while the DN100 drainage pipeline and multi-functional water pump control valve with the same diameter should be used in combination, and the test verified that the tube force valve can be applied to the conditions outside of vertical installation. Tests had shown that the flow of horizontally mounted valve was the largest, followed by the tilted state, the smallest was the vertical installation under the same opening degree, and the deviation rate of the flow corresponding to the different opening degree of the DN200 valve in the horizontal installation condition was 2.95% to 4.22%, the type of installation had little effect on the flow performance during the slow-closing process.
