坑道岩心钻机调角机构设计与分析

    Design and Analysis of Angle Adjusting Mechanism for Tunnel Core Drill

    • 摘要: 为了满足坑道岩心钻机快速施工多角度钻孔的需求,进一步提高钻机调节俯仰角度的自动化程度,消除人工辅助调角存在的安全隐患,设计了适用于坑道岩心钻机的双级调角机构,对钻机调角装置中2组液压油缸受力情况进行了分析,推导建立了受力分析数学模型。结合钻机实际工程参数,采用MATLAB软件对油缸受力情况进行了数值模拟,得到2组调角油缸在全部可调节范围内的受力变化规律与极限数值,并根据分析结果对调角油缸进行了设计。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the needs of rapid construction of multi-angle drillings of tunnel core drill, and further improve the automation level of the angle adjusting mechanism to eliminate the hidden danger of the artificial auxiliary angle adjustment, a two-stage angle control mechanism is designed for the tunnel core drill to analyze the force of two sets of hydraulic oil cylinder in the angle adjustment device of drill rig and establish the mathematical model of force analysis. And by using the mathematical software MATLAB, the cylinder force was simulated with the actual engineering parameters of the drilling rig. The variation law in all adjustable range and limit value of the force for the two sets of angle regulating cylinders were obtained. According to the analysis results, the design of the angle adjusting cylinder was carried out.
