空气幕应用于救生舱气体阻隔研究

摘要: 矿井火灾及瓦斯爆炸等灾害产生大量的CO气体,在救生舱舱门打开人员进入的时候,CO气体随之进入舱体,而CO气体难以被有效祛除,对舱体内人员的生命安全构成重大威胁。因此应用数值模拟的方法,研究了在救生舱过渡舱内配置空气幕,阻隔舱体外的CO气体的效果,并分析了空气幕射流速率、喷射角度以及喷嘴角度对空气幕性能的影响,得出了空气幕最优性能的相关参数,最大限度地保证了井下人员的生命安全。Abstract: Coal fire and coal mine gas explosion generate a large number of CO gas.When the people enter into the refuge chamber,the CO gas penetrates the chamber with the door opened.CO is difficulty to eliminate,which takes a major threat to the life safety of the staff.This paper researches the effect of using the air curtain to prevent the outdoor CO gas into the chamber refuge by numerical simulation,and analyzes the jet velocity,jet angle and the effect of jet angle on the performance of air curtain.The optimization parameters of air curtain have been obtained which maximally ensures safety of miners.
