Abstract:
To solve the problem of large deformation support for deep high-stress roadway, to fully reduce the disturbance to the surrounding rock, improve the support effect, and reduce the number of roadway repairs, take the roadway in Changgouyu Mine -500 m level in Beijing as a research background, based on a comprehensive analysis of the underground pressure behavior and roadway deformation mechanism, a new type of pressure relief support method for deep high stress roadway is proposed. The methods of theoretical analysis and physical similarity simulation experiment are applied synthetically, and the compressive strength and continuous deformation of pressure relief materials with different number of holes were analyzed. The results show that when the number of holes in the pressure relief material is 18 holes, the relative displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is the minimum, the integrity of roadway surrounding rock is improved, and the force of the support is reasonable.
