Abstract:
To reveal the characteristic parameters laws of gas coal spontaneous combustion, the test system for spontaneous index gases was established to deeply analyze the characteristic parameters laws of gas coal spontaneous combustion. The results show that the laws of CO/CO
2 can reflect the trend of gas coal spontaneous combustion. The critical temperature of Baode gas coal is 42 ℃, and the cracking temperature is 101 ℃. The production rate of CO increases slowly then increases sharply and the temperature turning point is 100 ℃. The production rate of CO
2 increases with coal temperature. The production rate of CH
4 increases firstly then decreases with the increase of coal temperature and the extreme point coal temperature is 130 ℃. The oxygen consumption rate increases slowly before 100 ℃, then increases rapidly when the coal temperature is higher than 100 ℃. In addition, the maximum and minimum exothermic strength increase with the increasing of coal temperature. Based on the above studies, the characteristic parameters laws of gas coal spontaneous combustion were obtained, and it provides a theoretical basis for scientific and effective prevention of gas coal spontaneous combustion.
