Abstract:
In order to reduce the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the working face, to ensure the safety of workers and the safe and rapid recovery of the working face, the cost of water samples and coal samples rich in hydrogen sulfide coal was analyzed in the national key laboratory. By measuring the concentration of hydrogen sulfide during the recovery, the distribution law of hydrogen sulfide diffusion concentration is the working face during coal cutting is obtained. The layered borehole was drilled through the 1303 recovery face, and the hydrogen sulfide concentration was observed from the longitudinal direction to determine the coal seam derived from hydrogen sulfide. By testing the sodium sulfide, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, copper sulfate and other reagents and their mixed solutions in the laboratory, the experiment of eliminating hydrogen sulfide is practical, effective and safe. The economic hydrogen sulfide absorption reagent is sodium carbonate, followed by sodium hydrogencarbonate.
