近距离煤层综采工作面侧向压力分布规律
Lateral Pressure Distribution Laws at Fully Mechanized Coal Face in Close-distance Seams

摘要: 为确定木瓜煤矿近距离煤层综采工作面区段煤柱的合理宽度,基于矿山压力与岩层控制理论,建立了侧向岩层断裂的三角块结构力学模型,确定基本顶沿工作面推进方向断裂长度和沿侧向断裂跨度为11.9 m,三角块在煤体中的断裂位置为11.5 m;同时应用数值模拟的方法,建立采场三维力学模型,得出随采场推进巷道侧向支承压力峰值为20 MPa、应力集中系数最高2.55和塑性区范围10 m左右,最终确定区段煤柱的合理宽度为18 m,经现场检验回采巷道受综采工作面采动影响小。Abstract: In order to determine the rational width of section coal pillar at fully mechanized coal face of close-distance seams in Mugua mine,based on mine pressure and rock control theory,the triangle block structural mechanics model of the lateral rock fracture is established,and the fracture length of old roof along the working face and the fracture span of lateral direction is 11.9 m,and triangle block in the position of coal fracture is 11.5 m.And the numerical simulation method is applied to establish stope 3-D mechanics model,and lateral abutment pressure peak is 20 MPa,stress concentration factor is 2.55 and plastic zone is 10 m with the advancing of stope.Finally,coal pillar reasonable width of 18 m is determined.Field testing shows that fully mechanized coal face has less influence on mining roadway.
