厚煤层孤岛工作面综放沿空掘巷安全保障体系

    Safety Guarantee System for Gob-side Entry Driving of Fully Mechanized Caving Mining in Thick Coal Seam Island Working Face

    • 摘要: 综放沿空掘巷在提高煤炭采出率和实现安全、高效开采方面具有重要的工程意义。以麻家梁矿14203-1工作面运输巷为工程背景进行厚煤层沿空掘巷试验性研究。为了确保巷道掘进期间稳定安全,从矿压监测、防治水、煤柱裂隙窥视、采空区防灭火等方面提出相应的要求,建立了孤岛工作面综放沿空掘巷安全保障体系。现场施工发现,该保障体系有效解决了巷道掘进期间出现的各类安全问题,确保了巷道安全。

       

      Abstract: Gob-side entry driving of fully mechanized caving mining has important engineering significance in improving coal recovery rate and realizing safety and efficient mining. Based on the engineering background of 14203-1 working face transportation roadway of Majialiang Coal Mine, the experimental study of gob-side entry driving for thick coal seam was carried out. In order to ensure the stability and safety during the tunnel excavation, the corresponding requirements are proposed from the aspects of monitoring mine pressure, preventing and controlling water, coal pillar crack peeping, and fire preventing and extinguishing in goaf, safety guarantee system for gob-side entry driving of fully mechanized caving mining in island working face is established. It is found that the guarantee system can effectively solve various safety problems during roadway tunneling and ensure the safety of roadway.
