矿工意向性不安全行为的突变模型研究

    Study on Mutation Model of Miners’ Intentional Unsafe Behavior

    • 摘要: 为了研究矿工意向性不安全行为的发生机理,依据计划行为理论(TPB)和突变理论,建立矿工意向性不安全行为的评价指标体系,构建矿工意向性不安全行为的燕尾突变模型。借助燕尾突变模型,分析矿工意向性不安全行为的形成过程,解释了在主观规范、知觉行为控制和行为态度的综合影响下,矿工意向性安全行为状态的突变过程,并总结出发生意向性不安全行为的3种情况。从安全培训、企业文化、监督体系3个方面提出维持矿工意向性安全行为状态稳定性的相关策略。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the formation process of miners’ intentional unsafe behavior, swallowtail catastrophe model of intentional unsafe behavior of miners was built based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and catastrophe theory. With the swallowtail mutation model, this paper analyzes the forming process of the miners’ intentional unsafe behavior, explains the mutation process of the miners’ intentional safe behavior under the comprehensive influence of subjective norm, perceived behavior control and behavior attitude, and summarizes three situations of the occurrence of intentional unsafe behavior. This paper proposed some strategies to maintain the stability of miners’ intentional safety behavior from three aspects: safety training, enterprise culture and supervision system.
