Coal Production Mode Optimization for Shengli Open-pit Mine

摘要: 为充分发挥调度管理的职能作用，提高煤炭企业生产运营管理水平，对胜利露天煤矿调度视角下的煤炭生产方式优化与降本增效管理进行分析，进一步阐明了调度管理在煤炭生产组织、作业方式优化、降本增效方面的具体做法和预期效果，分析了生产运行中可能存在的问题，指出了具有针对性的建议措施。

Abstract: In order to give full play to the function of scheduling management and improve the production and operation management level of coal enterprises, this paper analyzes the optimization of coal production mode and cost reduction and efficiency management from the scheduling perspective of Shengli Open-pit Mine, further expounds the concrete practice and expected effect of scheduling management in coal production organization, operation mode optimization, cost reduction and efficiency increase, analyzes the possible problems in production operation, and points out the targeted suggestion measures.
