巷道掘进中最大循环进尺模拟研究

    Simulation Study on Maximum Cycle Footage During Roadway Excavation

    • 摘要: 为完善现有巷道掘进中最大循环进尺计算理论,在巷道稳定性判据的基础上,借助数值模拟的方法,对不同围岩等级、不同埋深和不同断面尺寸的巷道进行了计算分析。根据模拟结果进行数据拟合,提出了巷道顶板位移的计算方法,确定了巷道掘进中最大循环进尺。在新巨龙煤矿2305S工作面的应用取得了良好的效果,主要表现在,巷道空顶范围内未出现岩石垮落现象,巷道掘进速度由40 m/月提高到60 m/月,大大缩短了工期,为新巨龙煤矿节约资金数百万元。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the calculation theory of maximum circulating footage in roadway excavation, based on roadway stability criterion, numerical simulation method is used to calculate roadway with different rock grades, different depths and different section sizes. According to simulation results, calculation method of roadway roof displacement is proposed, which provides basis for determining maximum cycle footage during roadway excavation. The application of 2305S coal mining face in Xinjulong Coal Mine has achieved good results. It is mainly shown that there is no rock caving in the top area of roadway, and the speed of roadway tunneling increased from 40 m/month to 60 m/month, which greatly shortens the construction period and saves millions of yuan for Xinjulong Coal Mine.
