祁东矿切顶卸压无煤柱开采矿压规律及围岩控制

    Laws of Mine Pressure and Surrounding Rock Control of Roof Cutting Non-pillar Mining Method in Qidong Mine

    • 摘要: 为系统探索切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术在祁东煤矿的适应性,以祁东煤矿7135工作面的开采条件为研究背景,采用顶板岩性的钻孔窥视、巷道表面位移、巷道矿压在线监测等手段,对切顶卸压巷道变形情况进行系统分析。结果表明,7135工作面切顶卸压段留设巷道可根据其变形特征分为4个区,针对顶板下沉大、涨帮、底鼓的问题,重点在留巷段巷道变形减慢区采用线式组合锚索对顶板进行了二次耦合加固,采用盘式组合锚索簇对工作面超前支护区进行超前加固,取得了显著的控制效果。

       

      Abstract: To probe the adaptation of roof cutting non-pillar mining method in Qidong Coal Mine, based on the condition of gob-side entry at 7135 working face in Qidong Coal Mine, roadway deformation used roof cutting non-pillar mining method was systematically analysis by the way of roof borehole TV, tunnel surface displacement and strata behavior monitoring on line. Results showed that entry retaining used roof cutting non-pillar mining method could be divided into four ranges based on its deformation features at 7135 working face. According to the problem of large roof subsidence, roadside expansion, and floor heave. Linear combination anchor cable was used in deformation retardation zone for roof secondary coupling reinforcement, and disc form combination anchor cable was used in advanced support area. Obvious controlling effects in gob-side entry retaining were obtained.
