软岩轨道大巷围岩失稳机理及控制技术

    Control Technology and Instability Mechanism of Main Rail-tunnel with Weak Surrounding Rock

    • 摘要: 针对辛置煤矿轨道大巷在复杂地质构造及软弱围岩条件下巷道变形严重的问题,采用理论分析和现场实测相结合的方法,分析了原支护轨道大巷矿压显现规律及变形破坏原因,提出了“锚注+锚网索喷”联合支护方案。通过现场工业性试验可知,在观测期间轨道大巷两帮累计收敛变形量约为33 mm,顶底板累计移近量约为28 mm,巷道两帮收敛、顶板下沉、底鼓现象基本趋势平缓,即轨道大巷采用优化设计方案后效果明显。

       

      Abstract: According to the difficulty problems of deformation and destruction of the main rail-tunnel with weak surrounding rock and complex geologic structure at Xinzhi Coal Mine, and the reasons for the deformation and destruction and the laws of mine pressure behavior for this main rail-tunnel are analyzed, and the combined support scheme “bolt-grouting and anchor network cable spray” is adopted after combined with the theoretical analysis and the test of practice. According to field industrial test, during the period of observation, cumulative convergence deformation of two sides is about 33 mm in rail tunnel, roof and floor cumulative deformation rate is approximately 28 mm, the phenomena of two sides convergence of roadway, roof subsidence and floor heave are gentle, that is, the effect of the optimized design scheme is obvious.
